Cindy Rocher is the Founder of Cinsational Dining, home of Caribbean-Italian–inspired rice bowls created to bring bold flavor, comfort, and consistency to every plate.
Before entering the culinary space full time, Cindy spent over 15 years in the nursing field, working primarily in corporate and administrative roles. Her background in leadership, operations, and systems plays a major role in how Cinsational Dining operates today, allowing the brand to run with structure and consistency as it grows into additional locations.
Cooking has always been Cindy’s passion. Her love for food, hospitality, and fine dining naturally evolved into the creation of Cinsational Dining’s signature Caribbean-Italian rice bowls, where vibrant Caribbean flavors meet Italian influence in a way that feels elevated, comforting, and accessible. These bowls are the heart of the brand and the reason customers return.
Cinsational Dining is a God-driven brand. Cindy believes this vision was placed in her heart, mind, body, and spirit by God, and that purpose continues to guide how the brand is built and led. What started as cooking for family and friends has grown into a structured concept rooted in faith, intention, and excellence.
Today, Cindy leads Cinsational Dining as Founder, overseeing the food, standards, and direction of the brand, with recipes, systems, and training developed directly by the founder laying the foundation for future locations while delivering the same bold, satisfying experience to every customer today.
